Propane tanks are not one-size-fits-all! How can you decide which size tank is best?

We offer a range of tank sizes, from 100 gallons to 1,000 gallons. If you’re not sure what size is best for your home and your needs, we’ll work with you to pick the best one! Considerations include the number of people living in your home, how much everyone is around during the day, the number of propane appliances in use and how often you’d like to get deliveries.

Here’s an overview of the sizes we have available:

120-gallon and 150-gallon propane tanks: Ideal for low-Btu appliances (think propane water heaters or ranges), fireplaces, shop heaters, RVs, space heaters and similar uses.

250-gallon propane tanks: If you have three or more propane-fueled appliances, consider a 250-gallon tank. If you’re heating your entire home with propane, however, this will not be large enough.

500-gallon propane tanks: If your home is heated with in-floor heating and you’re using propane for your appliances or a generator, you’ll probably do best with a 500-gallon tank.

1,000-gallon propane tanks: While they’re often more common for commercial operations, 1,000-gallon tanks are sometimes the answer for large homes with several indoor and outdoor appliances.

Once your tank is installed, sign up for automatic delivery, for hassle-free delivery of propane to your home.
